What does a massage mean for a Psoriasis sufferer?
• I'm going to be exposed to a complete stranger
• They are going to feel my rough and bumpy spots and be disgusted
• I won't be able to relax because I'll be wondering what they'll be thinking
• They are going to be pulling facial expressions when they look at my skin, thinking that's so bad
... and the list goes on.
I'll be honest, my arms and my legs are the best they have ever been. They weren't my most worry.
